🔴 About the Game

About Death Ball

Developed by x Small World Games • Roblox PVP Arena Dodgeball

Death Ball is a fast-paced PVP arena game developed by x Small World Games on Roblox. Players enter a large arena where a homing energy ball targets players in sequence, and survival depends on deflecting the ball at exactly the right moment to redirect it toward opponents. Each successful deflect increases the ball's speed and power, raising the stakes with every exchange. Players choose from a range of Champions — each with unique abilities — and can equip different swords and skills to give themselves an edge in the deflection battle. Gems earned from matches and codes are spent in the lobby shop to unlock new Champions, weapons, and ability upgrades. Codes are case-sensitive and entered through the More button in the top-left corner of the lobby screen, accessed after completing the first match.

⚡ Gameplay Loop

Every round begins with players spread across the arena as a ball begins targeting them one by one. Timing a deflection correctly sends the ball away — mistiming it results in elimination. The ball accelerates with each deflect, pushing reaction speed and positioning to the limit as the player count thins. Surviving longer earns more Gems per match, and eliminating specific opponents awards bonus Gems that compound across a session when combined with active code rewards.

🔑 Code System

Death Ball codes are accessed through the More button in the top-left of the lobby screen after completing the first match. All codes are case-sensitive. Codes are released primarily through the official Death Ball Discord server announcements channel, where new drops are posted with the game's update patches. Players can also follow the developer on social media for advance notice of incoming code batches, which tend to accompany major content updates and milestone celebrations.

🎁 Rewards

What Do Codes Give You?

Free Gems, Crystals, and Orbs to spend in the arena shop
💎

Gems

Gems are the primary currency in Death Ball, used to purchase new Champions, swords, and ability upgrades from the lobby shop. The two newest active codes award a combined 65,000 Gems in a single session — a figure that represents many hours of regular match earnings compressed into two quick redemptions. Gem codes are by far the most common and highest-value reward type in Death Ball, making them the priority for every player regardless of current progression level.

🔷

Crystals

Crystals are a secondary currency used for specific purchases in the Death Ball shop, distinct from Gems in their application. Earlier codes awarded batches of 500 Crystals per redemption. While Gem codes have become the dominant reward type in more recent drops, Crystal codes from earlier patches still represent unclaimed value for players who have not yet redeemed them — they remain in the expired section for reference rather than removal.

🔮

Orbs

Orbs — including Cosmic, Dragon, Shadow, and Crimson varieties — were rewarded by earlier batches of codes and correspond to specific unlock categories in the Death Ball shop. Fifty orbs per code was the standard amount in those early drops. Orb-specific codes have since been superseded by Gem codes as the primary reward format, but players who redeemed them at the time received targeted unlock currency for specific champion or ability tiers not accessible through general Gem spending.

Stacked Gem Value

With five active codes currently available and individual Gem awards ranging from 10,000 to 40,000 per code, the combined total from all five active redemptions reaches 120,000 Gems in a single session. Redeeming all five before spending any match earnings gives a starting shop balance that can purchase multiple Champions or high-tier weapons immediately, front-loading the progression curve substantially compared to grinding from zero through matches alone.

How to Find New Codes

Never miss a Death Ball code drop again
📌 Bookmark BLOXBURSTBLOXBURST cross-checks multiple verified sources, and the official Discord server before updating this page. Codes that conflict between any major source are immediately moved to expired rather than kept active — including codes showing "Check" or unverified status on multiple verified sources, which signals an unconfirmed redemption status.
💬 Join the Official Discord ServerThe Death Ball Discord announcements channel is the earliest source for new code drops — the two newest codes appeared there before reaching any external tracker. Enabling notifications for the announcements channel means new codes reach you within minutes of their release, which matters in Death Ball given that codes have historically expired without advance warning when the next update supersedes them.
🐦 Follow the developer on X (Twitter)Multiple trackers including multiple verified sources confirm that new Death Ball codes are announced on the developer's X account alongside Discord posts. Following the account and enabling post notifications is the most direct external channel outside of Discord — code announcements there tend to appear simultaneously with or just after the Discord post, making it a reliable backup source if Discord notifications are off.
👥 Join the Small World Games Roblox GroupJoining the Small World Games Roblox group grants an additional 1,000 Gems on top of any code rewards when you visit the Verify pedestal in the Death Ball lobby. Group members also receive access to free VIP servers as noted in the official game description. The group page serves as a secondary announcement channel for update notes that typically accompany incoming code batches.
📅 Codes drop with major updates and milestone eventsDeath Ball releases codes consistently alongside significant content patches — the Supernova update in early March 2026 brought two new codes simultaneously. Player milestone events and community achievements have also triggered past drops. Watching for update announcements in the Discord before a confirmed patch gives advance notice that new codes are likely incoming within the same day as the patch release.
⚠️ Troubleshoot

Why Some Codes Don't Work

Common issues & how to fix them fast
🎓

First Match Not Completed

The More button — which opens the code entry panel — is locked until the player completes their first match in Death Ball. New players who load into the lobby and immediately search for a code button will not find one. The introductory match is mandatory and takes only a few minutes to complete. After it ends, the More button in the top-left becomes accessible and the Codes option within it can be used for all future sessions without restriction.

🔡

Case-Sensitive Input

All Death Ball codes are case-sensitive. The active codes include a mix of all-caps and mixed-case entries — entering any code in the wrong capitalisation produces an immediate rejection even when all characters are otherwise correct. Copy and paste directly from BLOXBURST to avoid this entirely. On mobile devices, autocorrect can silently capitalise the first character of a pasted code — verify the entry field after pasting before pressing Verify.

Code Has Expired

Death Ball codes expire without advance notice and can turn over quickly around update cycles. BLOXBURST cross-checks all major trackers before updating the active list — any code showing unverified or expired status on any source is moved to expired immediately. The code SUPERNOVASOON was moved to expired after showing a "Check" status on multiple verified sources despite appearing active on other trackers. If a code from another site is not in the active list here, it has been flagged expired.

🔄

Already Redeemed

Each Death Ball code is single-use per Roblox account. If the game returns an already-redeemed message, the Gems were added to your account in a previous session — the balance carried forward even if you cannot see the exact history. With five active codes currently available, tracking which ones have already been claimed on your account prevents repeated failed attempts, especially after returning to Death Ball following a gap between sessions.

🔧

Old Server After Update

Codes released with a new Death Ball update can fail on servers still running the previous build. If a newly announced code returns invalid on the first attempt — especially within an hour of a patch — leave the game entirely and rejoin to land on a fresh server running the current version. This resolves the large majority of server-related redemption failures immediately. The Supernova update codes showed this behaviour for approximately 45 minutes after the update went live before all servers cycled to the new build.

🚫

Extra Space in Entry Field

Copying a code from an external website can include a hidden space before or after the visible code text. That single extra character triggers an invalid code response even when all other characters are correct. After pasting into the code field, click at the very start and end of the input before pressing Verify to check for stray spaces. This is most common on mobile where clipboard paste behaviour varies between apps and the space is not visually distinguishable from the cursor position.

⭐ Pro Tips

Beginner Tips for Death Ball

Deflect smarter, survive longer, and spend your Gems wisely
01
Complete the first match immediately, then redeem all five active codes before spending anything

The code panel unlocks after the first match. Redeeming all five active codes before visiting the shop gives you up to 120,000 free Gems to work with — a figure that covers multiple mid-range Champion or weapon purchases outright. Spending match earnings before redeeming codes wastes the compounding advantage of starting with a full code balance, since Gem purchases cannot be reversed once made.

02
Join the Roblox group and visit the Verify pedestal for a free 1,000 Gem bonus

Liking the game on Roblox and joining the Small World Games group triggers a one-time 1,000 Gem bonus available from the Verify pedestal in the Death Ball lobby. This bonus stacks directly on top of code rewards and requires no active gameplay to claim — it is available from the first session and adds a small but free top-up to whatever the code redemptions provide.

03
Spend Gems on your first Champion unlock before any weapon or ability purchases

Each Champion in Death Ball has a different base ability set that affects how deflections work and what special moves are available. Starting with the Champion whose playstyle matches your reflexes — whether that is a movement-heavy evasion style or a stationary power-deflection style — gives a higher floor for early performance than unlocking the same Champion's weapons first. Weapons amplify an existing Champion's strengths rather than compensating for a style mismatch.

04
Use Daily Rewards every login to compound Gems over time alongside code earnings

Death Ball's Daily Rewards system awards an escalating Gem bonus each consecutive day logged in — starting at 250 Gems on day one and reaching 7,500 Gems at day 30. Logging in daily and claiming the reward before each session means the passive Gem income from the streak compounds significantly over a week. Combined with the one-time code bonus, consistent daily logins can close the gap between free-to-play and paid progression meaningfully over a month of play.

05
Focus on surviving rather than targeting specific players early in each round

Death Ball rewards the last player standing above all else. Attempting to actively aim deflections at a target during early rounds — when the ball is still slow and multiple players remain — burns reaction time on low-probability eliminations. Prioritising clean deflections that simply redirect the ball away from you, without targeting anyone specifically, builds consistency and keeps the ball speed manageable until the player count drops low enough for aimed deflects to be worthwhile.

06
Position near the arena edge during early rounds to reduce incoming angles

When standing near the perimeter of the arena, the ball can only approach from a limited directional range compared to a central position where it can arrive from any angle. Early-round positioning near the edge reduces the reaction window required to deflect successfully, since the ball's approach path is more predictable. As the round progresses and fewer players remain, moving toward the center gives more directional flexibility for aimed deflects against the final one or two opponents.
