About Go Catch
Go Catch is a prehistoric creature-catching adventure developed by Fawn Game on Roblox. Players take on the role of a scientist stranded in the age of dinosaurs after their time machine breaks down. To repair it and return home, players must explore vast prehistoric landscapes, collect rare ores, and build a team of captured dinosaurs by throwing dino-balls at them — similar to a Pokémon-style catching system. Coins earned from gameplay and codes fund new eggs, class rerolls, and blueprints that improve catching ability and survivability. Joining the Fawn Game Roblox group is required before any code will activate.
🦖 Gameplay Loop
Explore the prehistoric world to find and catch dinosaurs using dino-balls, collect rare ores to repair the time machine, and hatch eggs to unlock stronger team members. Coins fund egg purchases and class rerolls that improve base stats — with Legendary classes and above providing the most impactful combat and catching bonuses. Wild Eggs take one hour to hatch and can yield rare creatures including a T-Rex at a 0.10% chance. Upgrading catching speed and success rate through the upgrade system compounds the efficiency of every subsequent catching session.
🔑 Code System
Go Catch codes are redeemed through the Gift icon on the left side of the screen. Joining the Fawn Game Roblox group and completing the tutorial are both required before the code field becomes available. All codes are case-sensitive. New codes release alongside major updates, milestone celebrations, and through the official Discord server. There is no set release schedule — codes can drop at any time, making consistent Discord and group monitoring the only reliable way to catch every drop as soon as it goes live.
What Do Codes Give You?
Coins
Coins are Go Catch's primary currency, used to purchase dino eggs, weapon blueprints, class rerolls, and catching upgrades. Code drops have awarded up to 10,000 Coins per redemption — a significant shortcut toward hatching new eggs or upgrading catching speed without grinding through multiple ore runs. Coin codes are the most consistent reward type in Go Catch's history, appearing with every major update and milestone drop.
Primary CurrencyDino Eggs
Select codes award Dino Eggs directly — bypassing the Coin cost entirely and giving players an immediate chance at a rare or Legendary creature without spending any in-game resources. Wild Eggs take one hour to hatch and carry the chance of yielding powerful creatures including the T-Rex at 0.10% odds. Egg codes are rarer than Coin drops and are typically tied to major update milestones or launch celebration events.

Why Some Codes Don't Work
Fawn Game Group Not Joined
Go Catch codes will not activate unless the player has joined the Fawn Game Roblox group — the redemption system requires group membership and rejects codes immediately if this step has been skipped. Join the group from the Roblox game page, then restart the game before attempting to redeem. This step only needs to be completed once per account and permanently unlocks code redemption for all future sessions.
Tutorial Not Completed
The Gift icon and code redemption field in Go Catch are locked until the tutorial has been fully completed. New players who attempt to redeem codes immediately after loading in will find the Gift button is not yet accessible on the left side of the screen. Completing the tutorial takes only a few minutes and permanently unlocks code redemption for all future sessions on that account.
Case-Sensitive Input
All Go Catch codes are fully case-sensitive. Entering any character incorrectly — including capitalisation — produces an immediate rejection. Copy and paste directly from BLOXBURST to eliminate input errors entirely. On mobile, autocorrect can silently alter characters after pasting — verify the text field content before pressing Submit.
Code Has Expired
Go Catch codes expire without advance notice and all codes are time-limited. BLOXBURST cross-checks multiple sources before updating the active list — any code showing expired or conflicting status is moved immediately. If a code does not appear in the active list here, it has been flagged and will not work.
Already Redeemed
Each Go Catch code is single-use per Roblox account. If the game returns an already-redeemed message, the Coins or Eggs were added in a previous session. Players returning after a gap may have claimed codes they no longer remember redeeming — checking the active list against memory before attempting prevents repeated failed attempts.
Old Server After Update
Codes released with a new Go Catch update can fail on servers still running the previous build. If a newly announced code returns invalid on the first attempt — particularly within the first hour or two of a patch — exit the game entirely and rejoin to land on a fresh server running the current version. This resolves almost all build-related redemption failures immediately.
Beginner Tips for Go Catch
Group membership is required before any code will activate — and the Gift icon is locked until the tutorial is finished. Complete both steps in the first session before attempting any code redemption. Once done, these steps never need to be repeated on the same account, and all future codes will activate immediately on paste.
Class determines your base combat and catching stats in Go Catch. Rerolling for a Legendary or higher class early accelerates every subsequent session — higher damage output from the Hunger Man class, for example, speeds up catching and ore farming simultaneously. Investing code-awarded Coins into rerolls before eggs maximises the long-term value of each redemption.
Wild Eggs take one hour to hatch — start the process whenever you plan to step away rather than only when actively playing. Opening the egg icon on the left and starting a hatch before logging out converts downtime into a free creature attempt. Over multiple sessions, this habit adds up to significantly more hatched creatures than waiting to start hatches only during active play.
Catching upgrades directly increase the efficiency of every dino-ball throw — higher success rate means fewer balls wasted per catch, and faster catching speed shortens the time per encounter. Investing Coins in these upgrades before spending on additional eggs produces more consistent catching results and preserves dino-ball resources across longer sessions.
Repairing the time machine is the central goal of Go Catch and requires specific rare ores from different areas of the prehistoric world. Dedicating the early sessions to ore collection — rather than catching exclusively — establishes the resource base needed to advance the main progression path. Caught dinosaurs assist with ore farming as the team grows stronger, making early ore focus and later team building the most efficient progression order.
Fawn Game releases new codes alongside major updates in the Discord announcements channel with no fixed schedule. Checking after any patch notification — including smaller balance updates — is the only reliable way to catch codes as soon as they go live. Missing a code for even a few days can mean missing it permanently given Go Catch's short expiry windows on active codes.
